Mindful Hive therapists take a person-centered approach, honoring each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. We work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and challenges related to life transitions, helping you better understand what you’re feeling and why.
Together, we focus on gaining insight into your thoughts and emotions, developing effective coping strategies, and reconnecting with your strengths. Individual therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and take intentional steps toward healing, balance, and personal growth.

Couples therapy isn’t just about resolving conflicts—it’s about building deeper understanding, strengthening connection, and creating a more intentional, fulfilling relationship.
Anastasia provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel truly heard, respected, and understood. She works with couples navigating communication difficulties, trust issues, conflicts, and life transitions, helping each partner identify patterns that may contribute to distance or disconnection. Using a collaborative, balanced approach, Anastasia offers guidance and practical tools that couples can use beyond sessions, fostering lasting growth, improved communication, and stronger connection.
