Accepting New Clients!
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, discuss your history and current concerns, and identify what you hope to gain from treatment. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized plan for therapy and determine the next steps that best support your needs.
Ongoing one-on-one therapy focused on your individual needs, goals, and experiences. Sessions provide a supportive space to process emotions, explore patterns, develop new skills, heal from past experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
A supportive space for couples to better understand one another, improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild connection and trust, and explore patterns impacting the relationship. Sessions focus on helping both partners feel heard while developing healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and moving forward together.
Affordable therapy services provided by a graduate-level clinical intern under the supervision of an experienced, independently licensed clinician. Interns receive ongoing clinical supervision and support while providing compassionate, evidence-informed care tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Mindful Hive clinicians are currently in-network with select plans through the following insurance companies:
Please note: You must be physically located in a state where your therapist is licensed to practice at the time of your therapy session.
Insurance participation varies by clinician, location, and individual insurance plan. Not all Mindful Hive therapists are in-network with every insurance company listed above.
Before beginning services, we encourage you to verify your behavioral health benefits directly with your insurance company and confirm that your specific Mindful Hive therapist is considered in-network under your plan. Verification of benefits or an estimate of your financial responsibility does not guarantee coverage or payment by your insurance company. Clients are responsible for applicable copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and services not covered by their insurance plan.
Mindful Hive accepts select Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, including Lyra and other participating EAP programs.
EAP benefits are typically provided through an employer and may cover a specific number of therapy sessions at little or no cost to you. Coverage, authorized sessions, and eligibility vary by employer and EAP plan.
Not all Mindful Hive therapists participate with every EAP program. Before scheduling, please verify your benefits with your EAP provider and contact us to confirm that your therapist participates with your specific program.
If your authorized EAP sessions are used and you would like to continue therapy, we can discuss available options for continuing services through insurance or self-pay.
Mindful Hive partners with Headway for insurance billing for select clinicians and insurance plans. If your services are billed through Headway, Headway will verify your insurance benefits, submit claims to your insurance company, and process your financial responsibility, including applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles.
Before beginning services, you will receive information from Headway to create or complete your account, review required documents, add a payment method, and view your estimated cost of care.
Your Headway account is separate from your Mindful Hive client portal. Any balance associated with services billed through Headway should be paid directly through Headway rather than through Mindful Hive.
Insurance participation varies by clinician and plan. We encourage you to verify your specific mental health benefits and coverage directly with your insurance company, as benefit estimates are not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
