Accepting New Clients!

Mindful Hive was created with a simple belief: therapy should feel human.
You shouldn’t have to walk into a therapy room and feel like you need to have the right words, tell your story perfectly, or make yourself easier to understand. You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are — overwhelmed, guarded, exhausted, unsure, hopeful, or somewhere in between.
At Mindful Hive, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care for people navigating the experiences that can make life feel heavy, complicated, or disconnected. Our therapists work with concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, life transitions, identity, and the process of rediscovering who you are beneath years of surviving and adapting.
We believe therapy is about more than learning how to cope with symptoms. Sometimes the patterns causing problems today were once the very things that helped you survive. Understanding those patterns — rather than judging them — can create space for meaningful and lasting change. Our therapists draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and other individualized approaches based on each client's needs. There is no one-size-fits-all version of healing, and we don't believe there should be a one-size-fits-all version of therapy.
Mindful Hive is an LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming practice committed to creating an environment where clients feel respected, understood, and safe to explore who they are. We value authenticity in the therapy room. Our therapists are real people, too. We believe a strong therapeutic relationship can include warmth, humor, honesty, compassion, curiosity, and genuine human connection while maintaining the professionalism and boundaries necessary for effective therapy. You don't need to become a different version of yourself to deserve peace. Sometimes healing is about finally understanding yourself, letting go of what was never yours to carry, and learning how to live more authentically as the person you already are.
A hive is built through connection. Every part has a purpose, and strength comes from working together rather than existing in isolation. We chose the name Mindful Hive because healing often works the same way. The different parts of our experiences — our relationships, memories, emotions, identities, strengths, and even the parts of ourselves we struggle with — are interconnected. Therapy gives us space to understand those connections. Our goal isn't to create a “perfect” version of you. It's to help you understand yourself, heal what hurts, strengthen what already exists within you, and create a life that feels more like your own.
